SECOND INSTALMENT: 1 month from the day of purchase
THIRD AND LAST INSTALLMENT: 2 months from the day of purchase.

Scalapay will inform you a few days before the expiration of each instalment via SMS and email.

Do I need to have specific requirements to use the service?

All you need is a credit card, debit card or prepaid card. Scalapay accepts all major credit, debit and prepaid cards of the VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS circuits.

If the automatic payment of the instalment is not successful?

If the automatic payment of the instalment is not successful, you will have 24 hours to complete the payment directly from your Scalapay account.

What if I can’t pay an instalment?

If you don’t complete the payment, Scalapay will charge late payment fees as explained below:

- Payment made by the due date = no additional fees!
- Payment made more than 1 day late = up to 6 euros additional cost.
- Payment made more than 1 week late = additional 6 euros (in addition to the first fee, up to a maximum of 12 euros per payment)

The total cost of fees may not exceed 15% of the value of the loan (second and third installments).
